• Cancellations and order modifications may be submitted by contacting Customer Service via their Contact Us form.

• If you satisfy the aforementioned requirements and return the unopened sample kit to them within 30 days from the date that you requested the refund, you will only be eligible for a partial refund of the purchase price. • They will not issue any refund if more than 60 days have passed since your order was placed, your sample has been returned to them for processing, or they do not receive the unopened sample kit within 30 days after the refund is requested.
